Locator Map

Southpointe Shores is located West of 41, south of Stickney Point Road, and only minutes from downtown Sarasota. It is just across the bay from Siesta Key, with its world famous white sand beaches. Some of the approximately 100 homes in Southpointe Shores are waterfront, being located on either one of the beautiful canals or on Sarasota Bay. Other homes have been built on interior lot locations. The homes vary in size and price range, with some of the larger, higher priced homes being on the waterfront. There is a community boat ramp, and the access to the Gulf of Mexico is considered “sailboat water”, as there are no bridges en route to the Gulf.
